To create your reading we collect the birth details you enter — date, time, and place of birth, and a name — along with your email address. We also store the reading we generate for you.

2. How we use it

We use this information to generate your reading, deliver it to you by email, provide customer support, and operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers

We share data with processors only as needed to run the Service:

• Paddle — payment and billing (merchant of record)
• Resend — email delivery
• Anthropic — generating the text of your reading
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers

4. Payment data

Payments are handled by Paddle. Palja does not store or have access to your full card details. Paddle’s own privacy terms apply to the payment process.

5. Data retention

We keep your reading and order records for as long as needed to provide the Service, support you, and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We respond within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to operate the website. If we introduce analytics or similar tools, we will update this policy accordingly.
