Refund policy

Digital goods, delivered immediately

The Deep Reading is a personalized digital product delivered to you as a PDF as soon as it is generated. Because it is delivered immediately and made specifically for you, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once the reading has been delivered.

When we will refund or resend

We will gladly resend or refund your order if:

• your PDF never arrived;
• the file is corrupted or cannot be opened;
• you were charged more than once for the same order; or
• there was a clear technical fault on our side.

How to request

Email [email protected] with your order details. Once we have confirmed the issue, refunds are issued through Paddle, the merchant of record for your purchase.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
